Crissy Field Dog Group is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible dog ownership and establishing and upholding permanent off-leash dog walking rights within the GGNRA.

.: WHAT WE DO

As a non-profit organization, CFDG is working directly with Park officials and other stakeholders to resolve the off-leash and other dog related issues within the GGNRA. It is our ultimate goal to restore permanent off-leash dog walking within the GGNRA. We go to the negotiating table with a substantial membership base and empowered voice. Keeping our membership informed about news up-dates on all off-leash and related dog matters is essential to CFDG.

It is also the goal of CFDG to promote responsible dog ownership resulting in an environment that welcomes everyone and offers a happy and healthy setting for our canine companions. To this end, CFDG sponsors beach clean-up days every third Saturday of the month and provides plastic ‘doggie pick-up bags' daily at Crissy Field.

Periodic social events allow CFDG members to join together to view and purchase some of our original t-shirts, dog collars, logo stickers, and specialty items.
